A commercial General Contractor is seeking a reliable, well organized, and motivated individual for a Construction superintenadant role in Baltimore County, MD.
Requirements:
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Min 5 years of commercial construction experience
. Have worked on and completed 2 projects over $500K as a Superintendant.
· Be a problem solver who can think on their feet
· Be able to lead a team of up to 5 subcontractors
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Supervise subcontractors in the field on multiple projects
· Be responsible for companies profits on multiple projects
· Ensure client satisfaction throughout length of projects
· Creating, modifying, and updating schedules based on lead times, and changes in scope
· Handling issues and going above and beyond to resolve any dispute
· Daily project management thru company construction software
