Job Overview
BAEX Enterprises is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for Amazon Relay freight operations.
This role is structured for professional drivers seeking consistent freight, predictable scheduling, and performance-based compensation under a 1099 arrangement.
Compensation
- Average earnings: $2,000+ per week
- Pay structure: 30% of truck gross revenue
- Weekly earnings vary based on miles and load performance
- 1099 independent contractor position
Equipment & Freight
- Tractor-trailer equipment assigned for OTR operations
- Amazon Relay freight network
- No-touch freight (Drop & Hook)
- Standardized dispatch and routing support
- 24/7 dispatch availability
Schedule & Home Time
- 3 weeks on the road / 1 week home (minimum)
- OTR driving across regional and national lanes
- Consistent freight availability throughout the year
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and ELD compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status
- Maintain professional driving standards and on-time performance
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years verified OTR experience
- Clean driving record (MVR subject to review)
- Must meet insurance eligibility requirements
- Ability to commit to extended OTR schedule (3 weeks minimum)
- Professional communication and reliability
