This technician needs to have at least 2 years of experience, with the ability to go on install, service calls on their own without the general manager. We will provide initial training but looking for a self-starter who places customer service as their top priority with their work.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of cooling and heating systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- EPA certification
- Experience in customer satisfaction and preventive maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
