Are you a passionate and experienced sushi chef ready to showcase your talent? We are NUKA, a 50 seat Izakaya and sushi bar, located on the North Shore of Maui. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring creativity, precision and authenticity to our kitchen.
Location: NUKA, Maui North Shore, Hawaii
Position Type: Full-Time

* Expertise in traditional and modern sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
* Knife skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
* Creativity with plating and menu development
