Job Details:
Pay: $27 - $32 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Saturday (6-day work week)
Overtime available
Location: SARASOTA-BRADENTON, FL
Industry: Commercial new construction and industrial projects
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems in new construction projects
Thread, assemble, and install pipes, fixtures, and fittings according to specifications
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, job site plans, and building codes
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues as needed
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other tradespeople on-site
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to industry standards
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing experience
✔ Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and specifications
✔ Must have own tools and proper PPE (including steel-toed boots)
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in a team
✔ Reliable transportation and punctuality required
✔ Must adhere to all workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations
✔ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.)
