✨ The Role: Master Medical Aesthetician / RN
We’re looking for a licensed Master Medical Aesthetician or RN who brings a rare combination of expert-level skill, unstoppable motivation, and a natural ability to connect with clients. You’ll play a central role in delivering advanced, customized treatments while also contributing to the spa’s revenue growth through confident, ethical, and knowledgeable product and service recommendations.
✨ You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Performing advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, including laser resurfacing, IPL, microneedling, RF, and chemical peels
- Providing laser hair removal with top-tier technology
- Consulting with clients to design customized treatment plans that address both short- and long-term skin goals
- Educating clients on medical-grade skincare and recommending home-care regimens
- Building lasting relationships and maintaining a strong client retention rate
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals for services and retail
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest in skincare trends, tools, and treatments
- Collaborating with a passionate team of NPs, Master Medical Aestheticians and Laser Specialists in a fast-growing, forward-thinking practice
✅ You Are:
- A licensed Master Aesthetician and/or RN in Virginia
- Highly proficient in laser devices, medical-grade skincare, and advanced facial rejuvenation
- A natural-born seller who thrives on hitting goals and celebrating wins
- Polished, professional, and obsessed with client satisfaction
- A confident communicator who can educate, inspire, and close the sale
- Ambitious, proactive, and always looking to grow your skill set
