What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you’ll help manufacture quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
· Operate automated production equipment to manufacture automotive components.
· Load materials into production equipment.
· Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
· Use measuring devices such as calipers and gauges to verify specifications.
· Package finished products for shipment.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
· Operate additional production equipment as needed, with opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or inspection experience is helpful but not required.
· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
· Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
