This role offers a Temp to Perm opportunity in a high-precision machining environment located in Two Rivers, WI. The position involves operating machinery, handling parts, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Production Tech - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) Responsibilities:
- Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to production schedules and procedures.
- Perform quality checks using gauges and visual inspections during production runs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of parts, materials, and production activities.
- Handle parts and materials, including deburring, cleaning, and packing per instructions.
- Support machine maintenance and perform repetitive tasks as needed to meet production goals.
Production Tech - 1st Shift (Two Rivers, WI) Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, entry-level considered.
- Ability to work independently with strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and focused on quality.
- Basic computer skills helpful for reporting and documentation tasks.
- Physical ability to lift up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and perform frequent bending, standing, and manual handling.
