What to Expect
Rotational experience across Glens Falls Hospital’s Medical-Surgical (Medical, Inpatient Oncology, Surgical, and Telemetry) units before matching to a home unit. The matching process involves review of open positions, collaboration with nurse leaders, and your feedback.
Dedicated preceptor support and individualized clinical orientation
Orientation progress meetings to support professional growth and development
Six months of structured educational sessions focused on clinical skills, critical thinking, prioritization, communication, and patient safety
Ongoing mentorship from a Clinical Nurse Educator throughout your first year

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $38.00 to $43.00 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; new hires will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire.
Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.
