Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Sensory Integration Focus Sparks Occupational Therapy | Central Boulder, CO
About Us Sparks OT is a specialized private practice with a simple mission: provide excellent, evidence-based therapy in a heart-centered way. We work primarily with children ages 3-12 experiencing sensory integration differences, developmental delays, and emotional regulation challenges.
Our brand-new sensory clinic features a zipline, rock wall, and 1,500 feet of treatment space. We're a small team of 2-3 therapists who chose this work because we genuinely love it—and who chose each other because we work better when we're supported.

A Note on Our Culture We know every job posting claims to have "great culture." So here's what we actually mean:
We're a team that checks in on each other—not just about caseloads, but about life. We support each other with treatment ideas, dinner recipes, and career advice. Hard days are met with understanding, not judgment. We talk openly, laugh often, and leave the drama and politics to other workplaces.
If you've worked somewhere that drained you, we get it. This isn't that. We built SparksOT to be the kind of place we wished existed earlier in our own careers.
