Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to support a growing business in real estate and credit repair.
This is an entry-level, in-office position focused primarily on social media content creation and posting, with some light administrative support. You will work directly with the business owner and gain hands-on experience in marketing and real estate.
Responsibilities:
Content & Marketing (Primary Focus):
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut
- Create posts, flyers, and graphics using Canva
- Upload and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Maintain consistent daily/weekly posting
Light Administrative Support:
- Print and prepare documents and letters (templates provided)
- Organize basic client files and updates
- Assist with simple follow-ups and office tasks
Requirements:
- Basic experience with Canva or CapCut
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Interest in real estate, lending, or marketing
