Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, promptly reporting any changes.
- Assist with IV insertion and management, ensuring precision and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
- A strong foundation in anatomy and physiology to assess patient conditions effectively.
- Experience with administering injections and managing IVs is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
