Elevate Family Services is looking to add part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to our growing team in Las Vegas, NV! We are specifically hiring candidates who have after-school availability Monday - Friday.

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with children and adolescents to teach life skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with them living a full life
- Provide compassionate and assent-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Communicate consistently with families and provide a meaningful impact for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Take into account family diversity and culture while providing purposeful therapeutic services
- Work with clients in the home, clinic, community, and/or school environments
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN BENEFITS:

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Exam (see bacb.com for more info)
- Ability to complete training within 1 month and receive Nevada state licensure
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to interact in a positive and collegial manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
- Experience with Google platforms
- Ability to work Mon-Fri EVENINGS for a minimum of 15 hours
- 3:30-6:30pm session times. Occasionally families will want to start sessions earlier and/or end sessions later, so this is an option for those RBTs who might be interested
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, run, jump, climb, and crawl
- Ability to work with aggressive clients
REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Enrolled in a Bachelors degree program (Psychology, Education, or a related field)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience implementing ABA programs
- 1 year of previous work experience with individuals with developmental delays
- Enrollment in a Master’s degree program seeking BCBA certification
