Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chiller System Frame Painter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality finishes to industrial chiller system frames. Your work will play a critical role in both the durability and visual presentation of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint Application: Apply coatings using spray equipment or hand tools to achieve smooth, consistent finishes.
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting results.
- Color Matching: Accurately mix and match paints to meet specifications and maintain product consistency.
- Equipment Care: Maintain spray guns, brushes, and related tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure all work meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work Environment Flexibility: Perform tasks in both indoor and outdoor settings as required.
- Documentation: Track paint usage, materials, and completed work for operational accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience required (industrial, manufacturing, or automotive preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions
- Knowledge of painting equipment and surface preparation techniques
