BASIC PURPOSE:
Hospitably and effectively promote and serve food and/or beverage to customers, according to brand/company standards and state laws in a safe, accident-free manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Hospitably greet, prepare and serve drinks to guests according to CHA beverage service standards andstate laws. (60%)
- Prepare station for readiness prior to opening and closing of each shift. (20%)
- Follow all cash handling and bank SOPs as directed by CHA. (10%)
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules. (7%)
- Assist barback with hors d'oeuvres table for cocktail hour in set-up and breakdown. (3%)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

High school education or equivalent experience.
- One year of cocktail experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Communication and hospitality skills (English required).
- Ability to use micros machine.
- Full knowledge of state liquor laws.
- Full knowledge of TIPs training.
