Duties
- Check identification and verify age to ensure compliance with venue policies
- Monitor entrances and exits using CCTV surveillance systems to oversee crowd flow and detect suspicious activity
- Manage conflicts effectively through calm communication and conflict resolution techniques
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
- Enforce venue rules and policies consistently while maintaining a positive atmosphere
Skills
- Strong conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor
- Certified in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
- Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patrons, staff, and emergency responders
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
