Business Development Consultant
JS Solution is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Consultants. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional experience in business development, client relations, account management, and leadership.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional relationships, and developing skills that can support long-term career growth. Previous experience is not required, as we provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help individuals succeed.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting business growth through relationship-building, client engagement, and account support.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to discuss available products and services
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing business clients
- Conducting consultations to better understand client needs and business objectives
- Assisting with client onboarding and account support
- Educating clients on available solutions and answering questions regarding services
- Following up with prospective and existing clients to maintain strong business relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and business activities
- Collaborating with leadership on business development initiatives and growth strategies
- Participating in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Supporting customer retention efforts through consistent communication and service
- Representing the company professionally during all client interactions

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Open availability required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, business, marketing, communications, leadership, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
