Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chinese Fluent Press Operator specializing in UV printing and packaging to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating advanced printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in UV printing processes, color management, and graphic design principles, contributing to the creation of premium packaging solutions. Responsibilities
- Operate UV printing presses with fluency in Chinese language to ensure accurate setup, calibration, and operation of printing equipment.
- Manage prepress tasks including layout design, typography adjustments, and color management to achieve desired print quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on UV printers,to minimize downtime.
- Oversee quality control processes by inspecting printed materials for color consistency, registration accuracy, and defect detection.
- Format digital media using Adobe Creative Suite to prepare print-ready files that meet production specifications.
- Utilize machining skills for minor equipment adjustments or repairs to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Maintain detailed records of print jobs, machine performance logs, and quality assessments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese with excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Proven experience operating UV printing presses within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of UV printing techniques.
- Excellent communications skills – verbal, written and in person.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- 5+ year production experience with Adobe CS design software (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with prepress workflows, layout design, typography, and print advertising standards.
- Skilled in color management and graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with quality control procedures and troubleshooting printing equipment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and perform basic machining tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
