We are a busy, small town, independent auto repair shop that pride ourselves on quality honest work. Robert Duncan opened the doors of the shop in 2011 and while the town is growing, so are we. Over the next several years, 2000 homes are being built in our community and we would love to be able to keep serving our community to the best of our abilities.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics (if skilled for that, professional development is urged and supported)
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs and suspension system repairs to ensure peak vehicle performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs and installations while adhering to safety standards.
- Repair vehicle transmission systems, diesel engines, and perform welding as needed for structural repairs or custom modifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the service process.
- Maintain a clean, organized work space and be an active helpful member of the team.
Skills
- Skilled in using automotive diagnostic tools and power tools for efficient troubleshooting and repairs (with room and support for growth).
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing powertrain components, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and diesel engine repair.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret automotive wiring diagrams for complex electrical troubleshooting.
- Effective communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Technical proficiency in auto estimating software and familiarity with maintenance procedures for various vehicle models.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
