As our Overnight Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests during the night shift. You will handle late check-ins, guest inquiries, and assist with overnight operations, while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with late check-ins, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues with professionalism and care.
- Monitor the 39-room hotel and property to ensure security and safety during the night.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with any after-hours requests.
- Prepare for the next day's operations, including setting up breakfast or prepping for early check-outs.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public spaces during the night shift.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently during night hours.
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation or property management systems are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
