Job Summary:
The Long Haul CDL Driver will drive truck and trailer combination vehicles over long distances to deliver products for the oilfield industry. They freight loading, ensure that freight oversee weight limits are not exceeded, and properly secure the freight to prevent damage. Innospec is a private motor carrier operating its own fleet in support of company operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Delivering freight over long distances across the country's road networks
- Planning routes efficiently and delivering freight on time
- Performing prescribed truck inspections before departure to ensure good running order
- Documenting the freight's condition before departure and monitoring its safe distribution throughout the trip
- Supervising the loading and unloading of freight
- Performing service checks on truck and trailers being hauled
- Communicating any delays or issues with supervisor
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of route planning, using both road maps and GPS devices
- CDL Class A Driver License
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
