Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive email communications
- Draft, send, and respond to professional correspondence
- Coordinate phone communication with external partners and collaborators
- Maintain scheduling and calendar organization
- Support general administrative and operational tasks
- Track follow-ups and maintain structured communication flow
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Prior experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $18–$25 per hour
- Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Additional Availability: Occasional on-call support during weekday hours or weekends as needed, compensated at standard hourly rate
