Exceptional Excavating LLC located in Franklin Indiana is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment operator to join our team. Pay is based on experience.
General Responsibilities:
- Operate one or more types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently such as Excavator, Front Loader, Dozer, Skid Steer, etc.
- Operators are responsible for safely maneuvering the equipment to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, moving materials, grading land, etc.
- Also be a laborer/pipelayer if the job requires help in doing so.
- Maintain clean equipment and a safe work environment.
- Clearing land at job sites.
- Stump and grubbing.
- Must follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent incidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with other workers on the construction site to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of heavy equipment machinery.
- Expected to operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong work ethic.
