Position Summary
The Vizient Operations Coordinator serves as the primary operational liaison between Partners Cooperative and Vizient. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities that support the Partners–Vizient relationship by managing incoming requests, facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring timely completion of operational initiatives.
The Vizient Operations Coordinator works closely with Vizient, internal departments, suppliers, and member-facing teams to coordinate requests, maintain accurate records, prepare approved savings and rebate reports, and support initiatives that strengthen the Partners–Vizient relationship. This position is entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of Partners Cooperative's proprietary, financial, contractual, and operational information and ensuring information is shared externally only in accordance with policies established by Partners leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Vizient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact between Partners Cooperative and Vizient.
- Receive, prioritize, and coordinate operational requests from Vizient and route them to the appropriate internal subject matter experts.
- Monitor the progress of requests and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain effective communication between Vizient and internal Partners departments.
- Coordinate recurring meetings, action items, and follow-up activities related to the Partners–Vizient relationship.
- Escalate issues requiring leadership attention while maintaining accountability for resolution.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and distribute approved savings, rebate, utilization, and other operational reports to Vizient in accordance with reporting guidelines and confidentiality standards established by Partners leadership.
- Coordinate with Finance, Contracting, Onboarding, and other internal departments to collect, validate, and consolidate reporting information.
- Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to distribution.
- Maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely submission of recurring deliverables.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis as needed.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate operational initiatives and workflow activities supporting the Partners–Vizient relationship.
- Track project status, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
- Maintain organized documentation of requests, reports, meeting notes, and communications.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist with implementation of new operational processes and reporting requirements.
Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Member Engagement, Supply Chain, Contracting, and other internal departments to support Vizient-related activities.
- Assist leadership with preparing presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for meetings with Vizient.
- Maintain the confidentiality of Partners Cooperative's proprietary, financial, contractual, and operational information, ensuring all information shared externally complies with organizational policies and the direction of Partners leadership.
- Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive business information and ensure data is shared only with authorized parties.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives related to the Partners–Vizient relationship.
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. MBA/ MHA preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in operations, project coordination, healthcare administration, customer service, finance support, or a related business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain the confidentiality of Partners Cooperative's proprietary, financial, contractual, and operational information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare supply chain, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), healthcare finance, or provider organizations.
- Familiarity with Vizient programs, reporting processes, or healthcare contract operations.
- Experience preparing operational, financial, or performance reports.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or operational initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Hybrid work environment with in-office attendance in Atlanta, Georgia, as required.
- Occasional local travel for meetings, conferences, or training.
- Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
