RideNow Powersports is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Cancellations Manager to join our Allen team!
JOB SUMMARY
Manages a team that is responsible for collections, processing, and researching aftermarket service contracts to support the Warranty Cancellations team and RideNow dealership locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a team of Warranty Cancellations Administrators.
- Assist with the answering of incoming email communication.
- Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line and escalations.
- Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations.
- Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution.
- Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
- Ensures the Cancellations team meets processing goals of 80% closures in 30 days personally and group average.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the
department and dealerships as a whole.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Experience managing staff and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
