Job Summary
Estimated Pay: $169,600 per year
($70 per hour @ 40 hours plus $2,000 per month RVU Bonus)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outpatient and inpatient care, with expertise spanning dermatology, internal medicine, hospital medicine, urgent care, and other specialties. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting medical staff, and managing clinical responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Primary care, annual visits
- Specialty Care Evaluations (Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, etc.)
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation.
- Assist physicians with procedures across various specialties such as dermatology, hospital medicine, and urgent care.
- Manage medical documentation accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with medical records standards.
- Administer medications, perform phlebotomy, and support medication management in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medication administration, and health maintenance strategies.
- Support clinical operations including ICD coding, medical assisting tasks, and basic life support procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Maintain proficiency in anatomy knowledge, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Prior experience in dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or clinic settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated competence in medical office management and administrative support functions.
- Experience working within EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is essential for efficient documentation.
- Inpatient experience at Level I Trauma Centers or PICU settings is preferred for candidates interested in acute care environments.
- Familiarity with outpatient procedures including venipuncture (phlebotomy), vital signs monitoring, and basic diagnostic testing.
- Knowledge of ICD coding standards and medical records management to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are advantageous.
