Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to elderly senior and children by assisting with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and dressing, companionship and daily task.
- Ensure a safe environment by monitoring children and elderly senior at all times, practicing proper safety protocols, and responding promptly to any emergencies or behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with family or guardians to communicate daily updates about the child's or senior activities, milestones, and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the caregiving area and ensure all area and equipment are safe and sanitized regularly.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children and elderly.
- Knowledge of development principles and behavior management techniques to foster positive growth.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are required to ensure safety during emergencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for interacting confidently.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting seniors and children.

Pay: $10.50 per hour
