Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and voice of Lloyds Plumbing, providing outstanding support to our customers via phone and in person. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will ensure smooth office operations and excellent client communication.
Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, maintaining a clean reception area, and handling client check-ins.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and document preparation using word processing tools.
- Support office operations through organization of files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Listen to and respond to customer voicemails.
Requirements
- Proven experience is welcomed in administrative support roles but is not required.
- Service Titan proficiency is welcomed but not required.
- Contact Center Pro proficiency is welcome but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and technical proficiency in office tools.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
