Inside Sales Representative – Window & Door Department
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Window & Door Department. If you have experience with windows and doors, enjoy working with customers, and like being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right window and door products for their projects while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers over the phone and in person at our showroom/counter
- Help customers select the appropriate windows, doors, and related products
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates
- Enter customer orders and verify product specifications
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders
- Answer product questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Communicate with vendors regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Work closely with our sales, office, warehouse, and field teams
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Provide excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through the completion of the order
What We’re Looking For
- Previous window and door industry experience is required
- Knowledge of window and door products, terminology, measurements, and options
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately prepare quotes and enter orders
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers, quotes, and orders
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently as well as with a team

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
