Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential properties. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of organization and time management to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet cleaning tools.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces including wood, tile, glass, and upholstery along with proper use of janitorial supplies.
- Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks associated with house cleaning duties.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
