Position Summary:
Under the direction of an RN, utilizing the nursing process, provides skilled nursing care to homecare patients in their homes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current MA LPN License
- CPR Certified
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Home/Hospice care experience preferred
Location: Valley Health Systems · HVNA Clinical
Schedule: Full Time, day shift, M-F with weekend coverage
