Apartment Maintenance Technician
$20 – $23 per hour
Full-Time Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and have strong HVAC experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance or related experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
