Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience.
- Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control knowledge of local trades preferred.
- Experience in Public K-12, Higher Education, Municipal Government and or Industrial construction projects is preferred.
