Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to enhance client well-being.
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address pain management and promote relaxation.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress while adhering to medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients, following all health and safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and foster a welcoming atmosphere in the treatment space.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have completed the minimum hours of massage therapy school to attain a license in the state of Illinois New graduates are welcomed!
- A background check with satisfactory results is a condition of employment.
- Adhere to all applicable state and local laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current massage license.
- Knowledge of/experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required; knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities a plus.
- Be able to perform consecutive 50 minute and 80 minutes massage therapy sessions
