POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Technician (Level III – V)
STATUS: Full-time – 40 hours/week
SALARY RANGE: $20.89 - $26.78 per hour (Based on Experience & Qualifications)
DEADLINE: July 10, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS: *High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
*Experience in basic plumbing and electrical repairs
*Experience in HVAC repairs
*Experience in general building maintenance and operation of basic equipment preferred
*Available to be on-call 24/7
*Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
*Pass all pre-employment screening
Performs general maintenance tasks efficiently as assigned, utilizing the CMMS platform, to maintain all county property in good functional order. Maintenance and repairs include but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, mowing/snow removal, and operation of basic equipment. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
