Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet all guests using Provo Beach guest service training SPARK.

Be knowledgeable of all activities the facility has to offer.

Be proficient in using the Provo Beach Point Of Sale software.

Follow all policies set forth by Provo Beach.

Attend all in-service and training meetings.

Perform all cleaning duties as outlined.

Be constantly looking for new ways to improve knowledge about Provo Beach.

Be able to answer all customer questions.

Enforce all Provo Beach guest policies.

Properly perform all job duties as outlined in training.
-
Report any problems to a manager.
-
Complete all tasks that the Rescues or Floor Manager may ask you to do, related to the job.
Must be available to work Holidays and nights on weekends.
