About the Role:
As a RN or LPN in Pain Management at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Working alongside providers and a multidisciplinary care team, you will assist with patient assessments, procedure preparation, education, care coordination, and follow-up care while helping patients manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

No weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, or on-call requirements.

Primarily based in Quincy with occasional travel as needed.

Fast-paced specialty clinic environment focused on patient-centered pain management care.
Primary Responsibilities:

Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and current symptoms.

Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans.

Prepare patients for in-office procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure education.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice and applicable licensure.

Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prescriptions, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments.

Monitor patient progress and communicate care instructions, test results, and treatment recommendations.

Respond to patient phone calls, portal messages, and clinical inquiries in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.

Collaborate with providers and other team members to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinical and procedural areas.

Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.
Qualifications:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.

Current CPR certification required.

Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
-
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, spine care, surgery, or other procedural specialties is preferred.

Experience administering injections and providing patient education is preferred.

Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering compassionate patient care.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $18.66 - $27.99/ for LPN's and $25.00 - $37.50/hour for RN's, with actual pay determined by factors such as licensure, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
