The Opportunity
Alliance Group Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives for the Treasure Coast. This is a full-time, commission-only sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential, company-generated leads plus your own self-generated territory work, hands-on training, and a clear path into our Project Manager role. If you're hungry, coachable, and want to control your own income, this is one of the highest-earning sales roles on the Treasure Coast.
We serve Florida's Treasure Coast — from Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce to Vero Beach, Stuart, and Jensen Beach — handling full roof replacements and repairs, including storm and insurance claim work. We're expanding our sales team to keep up with demand, and our reps are in the field, in front of homeowners, closing real deals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run in-home and on-site sales appointments with Treasure Coast homeowners to inspect roofs, build trust, and present replacement/repair options.
- Work a hybrid lead model: we hand you company-generated leads (referrals, call-ins, marketing leads, and storm/claim opportunities when available) and you door-knock your assigned territory to self-generate deals.
- Inspect roofs, take measurements and photos, and use our estimating process to build accurate, fair quotes.
- Help homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable (we'll train you).
- Close contracts, collect deposits, and manage your jobs through to production hand-off — our reps grow into true Project Managers who own the project from first contact to final payment.
- Manage your pipeline and follow up so no deal falls through the cracks.
What We're Looking For
- Experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train the right motivated person. If you've sold roofing, windows, solar, pest control, or any in-home/door-to-door product before, you'll ramp fast.
- A self-starter who's hungry — this is straight commission, so the harder and smarter you work, the more you make. There is no ceiling.
- Comfortable getting on roofs and knocking doors. (You'll need reliable transportation and a ladder.)
- Clean presentation, strong communication, and honest sales instincts. We sell the right way — no high-pressure, no gimmicks.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in our market but not required.
What We Offer
- Uncapped commission — six figures is a realistic baseline, strong closers regularly earn $200K–$300K, and our top closers have earned $400,000+ in a year. There is no ceiling.
- Hybrid lead model — company-provided leads plus your own canvassing territory, so you're never starting from zero.
- Hands-on training — ride-alongs, scripts, estimating, and insurance-claims guidance. We teach you roofing from the ground up; no experience needed to start.
- Project Manager track — grow from sales rep into a true Project Manager who owns jobs from first contact to final payment collection.
- Referral & Mentor Bonuses — earn $500 for every great rep you refer, plus an additional $1,000 Mentor Bonus for developing them into a producer (details below).
- Flexible structure — 1099 contractor and W2 options may be available depending on role structure; benefits available for eligible W2 employees. Details reviewed in the interview.
- Vehicle / phone / fuel allowance available for producing reps.
- Real field support: production crew, marketing that generates calls, and a team that wants you closing.
- Flexible schedule — this is a results game, not a clock-in/clock-out job.
Earning Potential
This is commission-only, so your income is entirely up to you — there's no base salary and no cap. A motivated rep closing deals consistently can earn six figures, strong closers regularly hit $200K–$300K, and our top closers have earned $400,000+ in a year. Earnings depend on your performance, your territory, and how hard you work it. We're happy to walk you through the exact commission percentages and deal math in the interview.
Alliance Referral Bonus Program — Earn $500 for Helping Us Find Great Talent

Referral Requirements — to qualify for the Referral Bonus:
- Introduce the candidate to Alliance Group and explain the opportunity available.
- Provide the candidate with information about the Project Manager position.
- Ensure the candidate completes the application and interview process.
- The candidate must be hired as a Project Manager by Alliance Group.
- The Project Manager must remain active and in good standing for a minimum of 90 days.
- Upon successful completion of 90 days, both the referring team member and the new Project Manager will receive a $500 bonus.
Bonus Payment:
- Bonus payments will be processed after the Project Manager successfully completes 90 days with the company.
- Both individuals must be in good standing at the time the bonus is issued.
Alliance Mentor Bonus Program — Earn an Additional $1,000 by Developing Future Leaders
At Alliance Group, we don't just recruit great people — we help them succeed. If you refer a new Project Manager and take an active role in helping them become productive and successful, you may qualify for the Alliance Mentor Bonus.
Mentor Requirements — to qualify:
- You must have been directly responsible for introducing and recruiting the Project Manager to Alliance Group.
- All requirements of the Referral Bonus Program must have been completed.
- You must actively mentor the new Project Manager through onboarding and training.
- You must teach Alliance Group's sales process, systems, standards, and customer experience expectations.
- You must provide ongoing support throughout the sales and production process.
- You must assist the Project Manager through their first completed project, from initial customer contact through final payment collection.
- All contracts, paperwork, supplements, and required documentation must be submitted correctly.
- All project payments must be collected and finalized.
Bonus Payment:
Once the Project Manager successfully completes their first project and all program requirements have been met, the Mentor and the New Project Manager will EACH receive a $1,000 Mentor Bonus.
