Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Jefferson County Jail. As a member of our healthcare team, you will:
✨ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
✨ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✨ Respond to routine and urgent medical needs
✨ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
✨ Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality patient care

Required
✔ Active Georgia LPN license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong communication and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team

- Previous correctional, emergency, long term care, or medical surgical nursing experience
