Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer
Land Rover Flatirons is looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our Service team in Broomfield, CO!
Our ideal candidate must have proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Land Rover/ High Line experience is STRONGLY preferred!
Pay is based on experience. We will pay TOP DOLLAR for an experienced, CSI oriented Service Advisor! High performers are rewarded.
Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is REQUIRED
- High Line experience is strongly preferred!
- Must be CSI oriented
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take detailed notes pertaining to services
- Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Driver’s license
Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate with customers to identify requests and customer needs
- Schedule service appointments in accordance with dealership schedule and availability
- Conduct a complete vehicle inspection including visual and multi-point assessment to determine recommended and necessary repairs and services
- Document all services as discussed and provide to technicians/service department to complete services
- Complete prospecting and follow-up contacts to new and existing customers when required
- Document complete and accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership policies
- Maintain working knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements, operations, warranties and technician bulletins
- Maintain working knowledge of state and local regulations related to automotive service/repair

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
