ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Senior Engineer Designer with deep expertise in stamping die design and LogoPress to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll work across both our die design and custom machine building operations — bringing technical creativity and precision engineering to a wide variety of projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design progressive, compound, draw and transfer stamping dies using LogoPress within SOLIDWORKS
- Develop and review die layouts, strip layouts, and detail drawings
- Contribute to custom machine design projects — mechanisms, fixtures, and automated tooling
- Collaborate with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure designs are producible and cost-effective
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing die tooling for improved performance and longevity
- Support tool tryout and production launch activities
- Maintain design documentation and revision history
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of stamping die design experience
- Proficient in LogoPress (Accurate Die Design software)
- SOLIDWORKS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of metal forming, material behavior, and GD&T
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with custom machine or automation design
- Fine blanking or high-precision stamping background
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial manufacturing
- Hands-on tool & die or shop floor experience
- Exposure to DFM processes

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
