Modern Regenerative Health is expanding and looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team.
This position offers the flexibility of telehealth combined with in-office visits, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Conduct medication management follow-ups
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide supportive psychotherapy when appropriate
- Collaborate with primary care and functional medicine providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Deliver care through both telehealth and in-office appointments
Qualifications
Required
- Active PMHNP license (or eligible for licensure) in New Hampshire
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
Preferred
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, or substance use disorders
- Telehealth experience
- Multi-state licensure is a plus
