We are seeking a motivated NCLEX Coach for our VN (Vocational Nursing) Program to inspire and guide aspiring nurses through their licensure exam preparation. In this role, you will deliver engaging test preparation support, develop tailored curricula, and utilize innovative educational technology to empower students to achieve their professional goals. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive NCLEX exam coaching tailored to vocational nursing students’ needs
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum materials for test preparation courses
- Utilize online tutoring platforms and educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences
- Provide ACT, SAT, and other test prep guidance as needed to strengthen students’ overall test-taking skills
- Offer in-person and online tutoring sessions focused on nursing content, math, English, and test strategies
- Support students with classroom management techniques and personalized learning approaches
- Track student progress through assessments and adjust coaching strategies accordingly
Skills
- Masters degree in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Over 2 years of experience teaching in RN or VN Program.
- Strong knowledge of NCLEX exam content and test-taking strategies for nursing licensure
- Experience working with high schoolers or adult learners in educational settings
- Proficiency with online tutoring platforms and educational technology integration
- Excellent presentation, lesson planning, and curriculum development skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Background in teaching or tutoring ACT/SAT preparation, math, English, or test skills tutoring preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners
