Responsibilities:
Streamlining restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health regulations
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints
Manage expo station to ensure accurate and timely order execution between kitchen and front of house
Deliver food to guests efficiently while maintaining presentation and customer satisfaction
Operate POS system as cashier, handling transactions quickly and accurately
Answer phone calls, take takeout orders, and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to maintain smooth service flow
Maintain a fast-paced, high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail
Maintain strong knowledge of major sports leagues and schedules to enhance guest experience
Manage TV systems to display games based on live schedules and customer preferences
Adjust multiple screens efficiently to ensure optimal viewing throughout service
Assist guests with game requests, creating an engaging and sports-focused atmosphere
Open and close restaurant operations, ensuring readiness for service and proper end-of-day procedures
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of Managing, Serving, and Bartending experience
Understanding of the food service industry operations
Strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations
Problem-solving skills for handling unexpected issues like staffing shortages or customer complaints
Financial knowledge to manage budgets and keep the restaurant profitable
Experience with restaurant management software
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
