Position: Environmental Field Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
Preferred Experience:
- Previous environmental field sampling (FDEP preferred)
- Courier, delivery, route, or field service experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
What You'll Do:
- Collect and transport environmental samples
- Travel to client locations throughout the local area
- Complete field documentation and chain of custody paperwork
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Support laboratory operations as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while representing AEL professionally
Requirements to be considered:
- Must have a neat, clean appearance and a customer-friendly personality
- Must be a motivated worker willing lend a hand to others
- Requires excellent verbal communication skills
- Requires attention to details and good documentation skills
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently and have the ability to follow complex instructions
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds
