Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- A professional, positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and willingness to follow established cleaning routines and checklists
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.
