Seeking full-time medical receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Medical receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills.
- Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Confirms patient appointments over the phone.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Collects Co-pays and other patient payments.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Advanced Relief Institute is an interventional pain management practice that focuses on treating pain with innovative procedures such as epidural injections, joint injections, and stem cell injections. ARI focuses on treating pain without prescribing excessive pain medications. The practice uses the latest electronic medical record called Nextgen.
