Our growing team is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Dental Assistant to lead our clinical support staff and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of dental assistants
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Train new dental assistants and ensure ongoing staff development
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials
- Maintain patient records and take digital X-rays
- Coordinate with front office staff to optimize scheduling and patient flow
Compensation is based on experience.
Prior Lead Dental Assistant Experience REQUIRED
Monday - Thursday, Rotating Fridays and Saturdays
Spanish Speaking REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
