SolarpROOFit Roofing is a growing residential roofing and storm restoration company serving homeowners throughout the Montgomery area. SolarpROOFit Roofing is seeking an experienced sales professional ready to step into a leadership role. This full-time, field-based position combines personal sales with recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate is a proven closer who enjoys developing others while continuing to build their own book of business. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic leadership, consultative sales, and team development while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, door knocking, and community outreach.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on roofing and storm restoration services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Perform roof inspections.
- Educate homeowners on retail roofing and insurance restoration
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Close residential roofing projects
- Build lasting customer relationships
Leadership Responsibilities
- Recruit and grow the sales team
- Train and mentor new sales consultants
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide field coaching
- Lead weekly sales meetings
- Improve closing ratios and accountability, and team performance
- Help ownership develop sales strategies and team growth
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales experience
- Roofing or construction sales preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
