What You’ll Do
- Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection options.
- Conduct virtual and phone consultations with prospective clients.
- Compare coverage options from multiple insurance carriers to identify solutions that align with clients’ needs.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records using our CRM.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
- Build and grow your own book of business while helping families protect their financial future.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using computers, online meeting platforms, and CRM technology.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License preferred.
- Applicants without a license are welcome to apply and discuss licensing opportunities during the interview process.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Ability to meet insurance carrier contracting requirements.
Compensation
This opportunity offers performance-based commission compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Employment Classification: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employee position. Agents operate as independent business owners, set flexible schedules, and are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.
Successful agents have the opportunity to build long-term, recurring income by consistently serving clients and growing their book of business.
